Boom Supersonic
Boom Supersonic was preparing to unveil the XB-1, the first independently developed supersonic jet in decades — a pivotal milestone for the company and the future of commercial aviation.
This launch needed to communicate innovation, credibility, and vision on a global stage.
Creative
The announcement wasn’t just about revealing an aircraft — it was about signaling the return of supersonic travel and positioning Boom as a category-defining aerospace brand.
The creative needed to feel cinematic, precise, and visionary — balancing engineering credibility with emotional impact.
Role
As creative lead for the announcement film, I directed a team of editors and played a central role in production — partnering closely with the Director of Photography to shape how the aircraft would be captured and experienced.
I helped define shot direction, pacing, and narrative tone to ensure the final film reflected both the engineering precision and aspirational vision behind the XB-1..
Execution
The final announcement film anchored the rollout event and was distributed across digital platforms, press, and investor communications — serving as a key storytelling vehicle for the brand.

The Rollout event established Boom’s visual language for future launches and reinforcing its position as a leader in next-generation aerospace.
Boom Supersonic X United Airlines
To mark United Airlines’ historic agreement to purchase 20 Boom Overture supersonic airliners, our team created a visual and experiential moment that introduced the future of commercial supersonic travel. The initiative centered on unveiling a United-branded Overture flagship aircraft—merging Boom’s next-generation aircraft design with United’s iconic livery to signal a new era of transoceanic flight.
The project translated a strategic airline partnership into a compelling visual story, illustrating how supersonic travel will return to commercial aviation with a modern passenger experience.
Creative
The creative concept positioned the United Overture as a symbol of aviation’s next chapter—where speed, design, and passenger experience converge.
Rather than simply applying an existing airline livery, the design approach focused on how United’s brand could live naturally on the sculptural form of the Overture aircraft. The result balanced the aircraft’s sleek, futuristic silhouette with recognizable elements of United’s visual identity.
Role
I led the overall creative direction for the visual presentation of the United Overture aircraft and announcement materials. My role focused on shaping how the partnership would be experienced visually by the public, press, and aviation community.
Execution
The project was delivered through a combination of design exploration, high-fidelity visualization, and announcement assets designed for press, digital platforms, and aviation media.
The launch visuals positioned the aircraft as a credible next-generation airliner while reinforcing the significance of United becoming the first major airline to commit to supersonic travel’s return.
